Sitting at 500 Roosevelt Blvd, our apartments in the 22044-area put you close to some of the biggest employers around. VHC Health, Northrop Grumman, BAE Systems, and One Liberty Center are all within a 4-mile radius, while educational institutions such as Mary Ellen Henderson Middle, Meridian High, and Marymount University are even closer. Commuting to Washington D.C. take up to 45 minutes during rush hour, while typically you make it to Downtown in half that time. The central employers, venues, and landmarks in Arlington, on the other hand, are merely 10 minutes away. 

You’ll never run out of places to grab groceries, renew your wardrobe, or dine out.  Our apartments are near Seven Corners, Eden Center, and Willston Centre I, all of which you can reach during an afternoon stroll. You will also have a variety of eateries close by, including Thai Time, Hong Kong Pearl Seafood Restaurant, and Bawadi Mediterranean Grill. As for recreation, consider the gorgeous Bon Air Park Rose Garden or the facilities at Bluemont Park, both only 5 minutes away.
